The Backstory:
"Terry" is my (late) Stepdad who retired from the business in 2012 for various health reasons.  His legacy in the wine industry continues at TRW&S to this day, but his physical presence at the store has been absent since 2014....

As a teenage product of the 90's, I grew up with a healthy addiction to The Jerky Boys - a group of comedic prank phone callers, similar to the TV show "Crank Yankers".   Inspired by the character of Sol Rosenberg, Terry has now become the Secretary on duty for many of our unwanted "Spam Risk" business phone calls.....
